Help

Short answers for a fitter on a survey. A photo price is indicative. It is not a fixed quote and not a site visit.

Does a photo set the price?

No. A photo starts a draft. You type the millimetres and the rates. The total is indicative until you have measured.

What if I cannot read a size?

Leave it blank. The draft does not invent a width or a height, and an unsized opening does not get a made-up supply price.

Can I survey with no signal?

Yes. Openings, sizes, and photos stay on the phone. The company copy updates when you are back online. Photos are not uploaded.

Whose name is on the customer sheet?

Yours. Print, PDF, and the customer link show the company name, phone, and email you saved. The product name stays off that paper.

How does a customer accept online?

Copy customer link, and they tick that they have read the estimate and type their name. The desk stores who, when, the amount, and the quote version. Nothing is emailed.

What if I change the quote after they accept?

That accept stays on the old version. The new total needs a fresh accept. The printed sheet still has a sign and return line.

Is this FENSA, Certass, or Building Control?

No. The app does not notify a scheme, does not issue a certificate, and does not approve work. Those records stay with you.

Where do the rates live, and who can change them?

The rate card is on the company. An owner or the office can change it. A fitter can read it. The customer never sees the book.
